The Alpena Golf Club provides you with a diverse but
playable course. A few of the memorable holes discussed after rounds in the new club house and Rolin Lynx
Grill include, the very challenging 288 yard par 4 sixth hole, the bunker infested 125 yard par 3
seventh hole, and the picturesque 402 yard par 4 seventeenth hole. This tight hole challenges you to
keep your shot between the tall trees, defining each side of the fairway. A round at the Alpena Golf
Club promises to be an enjoyable diversified experience from the traditional front to the
contemporary back , which places a premium
on shot making with its water, woods, and doglegs. In short, you
will find Alpena's 18 holes to be enjoyable, emphasizing pleasure and playability, regardless of
your level of play.
